AXONE 2000 TRADE IN!!
As
the current vehicle markets are continually changing and improving due
to advancements in Engine Emissions, EBS, ABS and various other vehicle
systems present today. The equipment required to access, check and
monitor has to be able to communicate in a quicker and more efficient
manner.
With these new advancements the Texa Axone 2000 handheld unit, released
in 1999, will not be able to cope with the future requirements needed to
access these complex vehicle systems.
The
latest indication we have from Texa is that the final software
release for the Axone 2000 memory card will be Version 22 for Truck,
Version 14 for Bike and Car is yet to be confirmed. This latest
software release also includes the IDC3 Light PC software for Truck and
Bike. This last software release is expected to take us to the
end of 2010.
To
support customers who have previously invested in the Axone 2000, Texa
have arranged an upgrade campaign. This will allow customers to trade in
their Axone 2000 & CPA units against the purchase of a New Navigator TXT
PC Kit or an Axone Pad and Navigator TXT Handheld unit. There is also an
opportunity for customers to integrate the Truck or Car software to
their new equipment at a further discounted price, this must be
purchased at the time of the upgrade to qualify for the discount. The
upgrade campaign will run at present until the end of 2009 with your
current registered distributor.
