Tex@Info

The Technical Call Centre Service Tex@info is designed to provide assistance to customers using Texa's range of automotive diagnostic equipment. Access to the Call Centre support service is available to customers who subscribe to the annual Texpack and Texa@info (£200.00+) package, and will allow direct access to the UK Texa Technical department and a member of our technical team. All the members of the technical team can provide support on the use and functionality of the Texa products, and can also provide assistance with system and vehicle related problems. As Texa now offers this service in all its branches throughout Europe, all the information gathered is shared throughout the group, using a common Call Centre technical database, this means that the Tex@info subscribers can take advantage of solutions to vehicle problems identified by technicians present in many different countries.

In addition the Tex@Info subscription also Includes access to a unique technical internet search feature powered by Google. Providing quick solutions to complex problems within the IDC3 Software along with the Technical Information Bulletins and Technical Information Cards.
